User Agreement and Site Rules

This agreement sets out the legal terms governing the use of the Melbet app and website. By accessing our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration; the right to class action is waived.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, software and services.

1.2 The Terms may be translated into other languages; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.

1.3 If you do not accept the Terms, stop using the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, form the entire agreement between you and us.

2. Definitions

2.1 "We/Us/Our": Pelican Entertainment N.V., a company registered under the laws of Curaçao.

2.2 "Site/App": tr-melbet-mobil.com and its mobile and web application versions.

2.3 "You/Player": the individual who registers to use the services.

2.4 "Services": betting, casino, live games and all related services.

2.5 "Bet": any game or prediction transaction placed by you.

2.6 "Account": the user's personal registration page and wallet.

2.7 "Legitimate Winnings": winnings obtained in accordance with the rules and duly verified.

2.8 "Verification (KYC)": the process of reviewing identity, address and payment method documents.

2.9 "Abuse": any attempt to manipulate bonus, game or payment processes by deception.

2.10 "Dormant Account": an account with no bets placed for 365 days.

3. Registration

3.1 By ticking the box "I am over 18 and I have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms" during registration, you confirm the following:

• (a) That you are over 18 and legally entitled to place bets;
• (b) That you have read and accepted the Terms and the Privacy Policy;
• (c) That you will follow the site rules and accept the sanctions that apply otherwise.

3.2 If you do not accept any of the Terms, do not complete registration and do not use the site.

4. Opening an Account

4.1 To use the service, you must complete membership registration by following the instructions.

4.2 You warrant that all information you provide during registration (name, address, phone, payment details) is accurate, complete and up to date. Verification is carried out regularly for as long as your account remains active.

4.3 Player funds (deposits, winnings, bonuses) are kept separate from the Company's operating funds.

4.4 It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws that apply to your use of the site, software downloads and the services.

4.5 We may periodically request additional identity or address documents.

4.6 Where necessary, we may request further documents for KYC and financial checks (source of income, asset level).

4.7 We reserve the right to reject your registration application without giving a reason.

4.8 Only one account per person is allowed. If the same address, email, phone or device is used to open multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed.

4.9 Your account is non-transferable and may be used only by the person who opened it.

4.10 You can choose USD or EUR as your account currency. The minimum deposit is $1.

4.11 You are obliged to keep your username, password and verification details confidential; never pass them to anyone else.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.2 If you have a gambling problem, do not open an account, or notify us immediately and stop playing.

5.3 You may request a cooling-off period (time-out) of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

5.4 Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits are set under "My Account → Responsible Gaming". A limit decrease takes effect within 24 hours; an increase is subject to a 24-hour waiting period.

5.5 A self-exclusion option of 6 months to 5 years is available.

6. Privacy

6.1 Your personal information is protected with reasonable and adequate security measures. It may be shared only under legal obligation or at the request of a competent authority.

6.2 Your data may be shared with payment providers, financial institutions and KYC agencies.

6.3 All data processing complies with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Terms of Use

7.1 You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms.

7.2 You undertake not to do any of the following:

• (a) Engage in illegal activity or commit offences;
• (b) Use fraud, manipulation or misleading information;
• (c) Interfere with the operation of the site or software using viruses, bots or scripts;
• (d) Share content that is abusive, threatening or violates the rights of others;
• (e) Infringe copyright or privacy rights;
• (f) Fail to comply with applicable laws.

7.3 All bets must be placed in your own name and for your own benefit. Betting on behalf of another person or as part of an organised group is prohibited.

7.4 If fraud, bot use, multiple accounts or breach of contract is detected, we may void bets, close the account and confiscate funds.

8. Bet Acceptance Procedure

8.1 All bets must comply with the relevant game rules and these Terms. Otherwise, the bet is voided.

8.2 We reserve the right to void bets resulting from a system error (incorrect odds, technical failure).

8.3 We may refuse any bet request, in whole or in part, with stated reasons.

8.4 Bets are accepted only through the site or app; bets by email, fax or post are not accepted.

8.5 Betting with artificial intelligence or bot software is prohibited; accounts are closed upon detection.

8.6 Once placed, a bet cannot be cancelled; it is your responsibility to check your bet before submitting it.

8.7 All bets are recorded in the transaction log; these records are decisive in any dispute.

8.8 RNG (Random Number Generator) results are final and cannot be contested.

9. Account Limits and Maximum Bets

9.1 Maximum winnings limits apply per customer per business day. If the limit is exceeded, the excess is voided.

9.2 We may adjust the limits; players are notified before any change.

9.3 For express (parlay) bets, the maximum winnings equal the lowest applicable limit and can never exceed the equivalent of 50,000 GBP.

9.4 The maximum bet amount varies by game type and is stated on the site.

10. Deposits and Withdrawals

10.1 The name on the payment method must match the name you provided at registration; otherwise, the transaction is rejected.

10.2 The source of your deposit must be legal and your own; loans or third-party funds may not be used.

10.3 Online betting debts are legally enforceable.

10.4 Deposit limits are set under "My Account".

10.5 We reserve the right to reject a withdrawal request where fraud or a rule violation is suspected.

10.6 Taxes and commissions arising from legitimate winnings are the player's responsibility.

10.7 You must immediately report any funds credited to your account in error and arrange their return.

11. Withdrawal of Legitimate Winnings

11.1 Winnings are credited to your account.

11.2 Under the closed-loop principle, withdrawals are made through the same channel as the original deposit.

11.3 Funds may be withheld where collusion, fraud or money laundering is suspected.

11.4 Bank or third-party commissions are the player's responsibility.

11.5 Requests below the minimum withdrawal amount are processed manually and a commission is charged.

12. Promotions and Bonuses

12.1 All promotions are subject to these Terms and their own specific rules. Campaign rules are communicated before participation.

12.2 Each promotion may be used once per user, home address, email, phone, payment method, IP or device.

12.3 Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts are reclaimed and the accounts are closed.

12.4 Marketing Preferences

12.4.1 You can set your marketing message preference during registration.

12.4.2 You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message.

12.4.3 Web push notification preferences are managed in your browser settings.

12.4.4 Preference changes take effect within 72 hours at the latest.

13. Bonus Rules

13.1 Bonuses are granted at our discretion; we reserve the right to restrict bonus access on a per-player basis.

13.2 Fraudulent or repeated applications are not accepted.

13.3 Some bonuses are valid only for deposits made with specific payment methods.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us, our employees and our agents against all costs, losses, damages or claims (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your negligence, your downloading or use of the software, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction of Curaçao. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration; the right to class action is waived. When the Terms change, 30 days' notice is given; continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
